Bellaroo offers FREE shipping New Zealand wide for all baby sling orders and all other orders totalling more than $75.
For all other orders we offer shipping within New Zealand for a flat rate of $4.00.
Parcels are sent via Courier Post or Fastway Couriers depending on the size and weight of item. Items shipped within New Zealand are expected to arrive within 1-5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
We use a 'track and trace' service on all parcels. This means that we can provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online during transit. If you would like to track your order, please contact us at info@bellaroo.co.nz.
We use a non-signature required service as our standard service. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package. Based on customer feedback, this is the prefered option and ensures the fastest delivery for you.
If the courier does not believe there is a safe place to leave the package, they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange redelivery.
We offer a flat rate shipping charge of NZD$12.00 for all Australian orders. Items shipped to Australia are sent via NZ Post and are expected to arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on location.
If you are outside of New Zealand or Australia and would like to order from Bellaroo please contact us via email at info@bellaroo.co.nz and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Bellaroo product, return them within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange them or give you a credit note for future purchases. Please note that no refunds will be given unless the product is faulty.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or defective product, please email us at info@bellaroo.co.nz as soon as possible so that we can meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and deal with it promptly for you.
At Bellaroo we provide a free gift wrapping service if required, we will even pop a card in with your purchase and deliver the parcel directly to the recipient. At checkout simply specify in the delivery instructions text box that you would like the item gift wrapped and provide details of the message for the card. The invoice will be sent to the billing address and the parcel to the delivery address.

When you purchase via a credit card or debit card, we will never see or store your credit card number as all payment processing is entrusted to our partner DPS.
